Youth Leader, Tech Enthusiast turned Policy Advocate
I have spent the years since 2017 working with non-profits, government agencies, local governments and civil society in Nepal. My work runs across civic technology deployment, policy advocacy and youth capacity building. I care about amplifying the voices of young people, promoting inclusivity, and making sure meaningful youth involvement shapes internet policy rather than decorating it. This site is an account of that work, across civic technologies, open data, internet governance and ICT consultancy.

Early Contributions to Civic Tech and Open Governance
Co-Founded Open Governance Mobile App
- Pioneered a technology-driven culture for open governance, successfully implemented in seven local governments.
- Amplified public participation in municipal planning and project execution.
- Enabled transparency by providing access to neighborhood budget allocations via smartphones.
Developed Municipal Dashboard for Digital Municipal Profile
- Developed data collection, analysis, and dashboarding plans for evidence-based policymaking.
- Trained community mobilizers on data collection methods and deployed mobile and web-based tools for household data collection.
- Prepared a comprehensive digital municipal profile and a 5-year masterplan for Tamankhola Rural Municipality.

- Established and led the IT Section, overseeing digital transformation initiatives.
- Deployed two Civic-Tech information systems across 380 local governments.
- Conducted digital capacity-building training for 2500+ government officials from 250+ local governments.
- Led the implementation of an automated land ownership certification system, recording more than 900,000 families.
